Technical Client Success Manager

Job Summary

 

Dsco, a software solution from DropShip Commerce that simplifies and standardizes how retailers and suppliers connect and exchange data for drop shipping, is seeking a Technical Account & Client Success Manager to join our awesome and growing team. This individual will engage with our suppliers and brands, educating all parties on how to use our platform, facilitating onboarding and connection to the platform via different data methods and formats, and providing technical support and assistance to key accounts.  

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience interacting with brands and suppliers specific to data integration and performance inside of a drop shipping program. General experience helping customers solve issues and answering questions on a technical level and educating/training them on how to use software or online services is expected. The candidate will have a history of ensuring customer success by providing exceptional customer support and account management. Specifically, the Technical Account & Client Success Manager will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Dsco SaaS platform and business model.
  • Drive customer success by assisting and educating clients and trading partners via teleconference, email, and telephone.
  • Help onboard new companies to the Dsco platform and provide technical support.
  • Accurately record customers technical issues and work closely with the product team to rectify any problems.
  • Provide feedback for the company’s roadmap.
  • Be able to communicate effectively both with front-line employees, and also with VPs and Directors of Merchandising, Operations, or IT for key clients.

Criteria

The most important criteria for joining our team in this position are:

  • 2-4 years of technical support and account management experience.
  • EDI knowledge and understanding.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce and drop shipping integration methods (FTP, AS2, API) and formats (CSV, TAB, EDI, JSON).
  • Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop working solutions based on the capabilities of the Dsco platform and communicate solutions effectively.
  • IT and/or programming experience is very helpful.
