Dsco, a software solution from DropShip Commerce that simplifies and standardizes how retailers and suppliers connect and exchange data for drop shipping, is seeking a Technical Account & Client Success Manager to join our awesome and growing team. This individual will engage with our suppliers and brands, educating all parties on how to use our platform, facilitating onboarding and connection to the platform via different data methods and formats, and providing technical support and assistance to key accounts.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience interacting with brands and suppliers specific to data integration and performance inside of a drop shipping program. General experience helping customers solve issues and answering questions on a technical level and educating/training them on how to use software or online services is expected.
